Since 1995 Affinity Counselling Services in Langley, BC has specialized in research based tools that work to help people help themselves. I also completed additional training in Eye Movement Desensitization Response Therapy (EMDR) to help folks navigate their trauma. I am also currently furthering my training and education by attending the University of Michigan's Sex Therapy program to become a certified sex therapist. I have a Master of Arts degree in Counseling from Northwestern University. I am committed to working with diverse individuals and couples inclusive to all abilities, racial and ethnic identities, LGBTQIA+ communities, and other cultural backgrounds to empower those working towards living their best lives. I create an intentional, nonjudgmental environment and utilize a collaborative approach to promote personal growth and development using a strengths-based and collaborative approach. I work with individuals and couples balancing work, life, and love persons managing stressful relationships and dating individuals dealing with significant life transitions and those needing coaching on struggles that interfere with day-to-day life.
